Evaluations are the first step for all of the cool dog services. The evaluation gives you an inexpensive way to get to know the trainer, to learn the basics of what we do, and for the trainer to decide what services and products to recommend for you and your dog. Get started here.

Cool Dog’s private lessons give you and your dog a personalized learning experience. During the lessons we can cover everything from basic obedience training to complex behavior problems. In our experience, private lessons are the best way for you to learn the basic principles of training so that you and your dog can continue to have a peaceful and enjoyable relationship long after the lessons are done.
Board & Train – see the price list page for prices
The Board and Train Service at Cool Dog is best suited for dogs with behavior problems that require extra observation and/or intervention on the part of the trainer. Board and Train can also be effectively used in conjunction with home training for reinforcement of or laying the groundwork for Basic and Advanced Obedience. As a rule, we don't believe that Board and Train is effective as a stand-alone service since training really is a process that involves both ends of the leash, and it is usually the changes on the human end of the leash that make the biggest difference.
Custom Trained Dogs
Custom Trained Dogs – Occasionally we offer specialized full training programs to teach specific skills to dogs. This service is for people who would like a dog trained to protect the family, to assist a disabled or elderly person, etc. If you would like your dog trained for a specific purpose, or you would like for us to pick out and train a dog for you, please contact us to ask about this service. Occasionally, we may have a fully trained dog for sale. We will post these on the page when we have them.

“We sell all of the equipment that you need to follow our training programs right here in our own little store. The prices are comparable to PetSmart and there is the added benefit of not having to make the extra trip. All of the products that we sell have been thoroughly tested and approved by our trainer, so you won’t have to wade through a sea of treats, toys and leashes wondering which ones are the best.
Our store offers training collars (we use special ‘Slip Proof’ collars), high quality food and treats, toys, our own special training DVD’s and booklets, and more.
